Which PC should I get?

 

With so many options on the market its no wonder that this is one of the most frequent questions asked.

We understand that it can be confusing that’s why we offer a consultation service.

Do not hesitate to contact our skilled customer care team, if you require further assistance with your choice of PC.

We will take your requirements and budget into account so that you can get the best PC to meet your needs.

 

 

How much is shipping?

 

We offer free shipping within mainland UK.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands at this time.

However, we hope that in the future this will change.

 

 

How long will it take for my PC to be delivered?

 

You should receive your PC within 7–10 days after ordering.

Once your PC has been built and tested by the tech team it will be dispatched the following day.

 

 

Who do I contact in the event of a PC error?

 

If you PC is still under warranty with us then give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you with this to get you back up and running.

 

Can I upgrade my PC in the future?

 

Yes! We ensure all of our PCs are upgradable so you PC can adapt and grow with your needs!

 

How do I set my PC up on arrival.

 

Your PC will be set up ready to go! All relevant drivers installed.

 Just turn it on and connect it to your internet connection!

Then all that is left for you to do is make it your own by downloading your games and relevant software on to your new PC!

What is the Warranty?
